Once your call is booked, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so Rebecca can learn more about you, your business, and what you’re hoping to create before you even get on the call.
This helps remove uncertainty from the very beginning, so you know what to expect and feel more prepared moving forward.

You’ll talk through your personality, style preferences, session needs, possible locations, overall vibe, and the type of images that will support your business best.
This is also your chance to get to know Rebecca, learn more about her process, and start imagining what intentional brand photography could make possible for your business.

Proposal & Onboarding
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive everything you need to begin preparing, including your Session Prep Guide, mood board instructions, planning call link, helpful blog posts, wardrobe guidance, prop ideas, shot list support, and a follow-up brand questionnaire.
This step gives both you and Rebecca the clarity needed to create a session that feels intentional, organized, and fully aligned with your brand.

Together, you’ll review your mood board, wardrobe choices, locations, props, shot list, and overall shoot logistics. Rebecca will help refine the vision so everything feels clear, cohesive, and realistic for the day itself.
After the call, Rebecca will deliver your Shoot Strategy Guide and timeline, so you know exactly what’s happening, where you need to be, and how the session will flow.

Photoshoot Experience
Together, you’ll review your mood board, wardrobe choices, locations, props, shot list, and overall shoot logistics. Rebecca will help refine the vision so everything feels clear, cohesive, and realistic for the day itself.

Image Selection & Delivery
Your retouched images will be delivered in multiple formats so you can use them across your website, social media, marketing materials, and print pieces with ease.
You’ll also receive guidance on how to choose your favourites, download your images, save them properly, and keep them backed up for future use.

Continued Brand Support
You’ll also have the option to reconnect for future sessions, seasonal refreshes, or additional brand storytelling needs as your business continues to grow.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
I typically book about three to six weeks out to ensure I have adequate time to plan, prepare, and customize every shoot — delivering results you’re thrilled with in return. That said, last-minute requests are welcome, and headshot sessions can sometimes be scheduled within 24-48 hours depending on my availability.
Do you travel?
Yes; often and happily. While I usually stick to states surrounding my home base in Nebraska, I can schedule sessions nationwide. As a bonus, I waive travel fees when your photoshoot aligns with my next trip to see friends and family across the Midwest.
How long will it take to receive my images?
In most cases, I will deliver your photo gallery about three to four weeks after the session date. Weddings take up to eight weeks. If you need your images sooner, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly to accommodate, sometimes for a small fee.
How do I receive my images, and how many will I get?
Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can easily download, share, and print. You’ll also receive a commercial use license for brand sessions. The number of images received will vary depending on session type and package. As a general rule, you can expect at least five images per 15 minutes of your session.
Do you retouch or edit the photos?
Yes, all photos are lightly retouched and edited to show you in your best light. My style of editing is natural and timeless, as you can see in my portfolio examples. I offer extensive retouching and photoshopping by request and for an additional fee, if needed.
